Yes. The core engine is MIT-licensed and always free to self-host. Hosted tiers add managed delivery, usage gates, and Stripe billing.

What counts as a Sovereign Audit Receipt?

Each verified decision that produces a signed receipt counts as one Sovereign Audit Receipt. Verification lookups do not count against your allowance.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a credit card required for the free trial?

No. The free tier requires no payment method. You can generate an evaluation key instantly from the dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
